CRM for Admissions
TargetX has a powerful CRM to acquire, manage and nurture admission leads and convert them to enrolments. Using the TargetX CRM platform admission leads can be sourced from digital platforms, print or electronic media, admission collaborators or as direct inquiries. The CRM has three distinct interfaces for counselor, Admission Manager and the IT Admin which can be accessed through Web Portal or Mobile App.
The leads can be assigned to counsellor who get a versatile Counsellor Dashboard to manage and nurture their leads using different channels of communication like Whatsapp, cloud telephony, video conferencing, etc. In the dashboard a counsellor can view all the reminders for the follow-ups with leads and the queries rasied by the applicant and can respond immediately. The Admission Manager can view the leads funnel comprising of all the leads assigned to counselor and track the performance of each counselor. Information about how each of the lead sources of marketing campaigns is performing is readily available on the admission manager's dashboard. The TargetX CRM has a seperate interface for IT Admin for doing the system setup as per the institute's requirements. IT Admin sets up the lead sources and does bulk uploading of leads. IT admin further configures the communication services (email, SMS, Whatsapp, cloud, telephony, etc) and payment gateways. It also assigns roles and permissions to all the users.
